Returning to Laurier University, not as a coach this time but to lead a 4H Mindset workshop with @wlu_mbball , the program that shaped so much of my own journey.

Together we explored what it means to Be Happy, Healthy, Hungry and Humble.
Pillars that reach far beyond the court. The team’s openness, reflection, and honesty made this experience truly powerful!!!

Seeing these young men commit to growth, balance, and purpose reminded me why 4H Mindset was created in the first place.

This summer in Rwanda 🇷🇼, we had the privilege of leading a full-day 4H Mindset Camp at Agahozo-Shalom Youth Village.

Through the power of music and basketball, we explored what it means to Be Happy, Be Healthy, Be Hungry, Be Humble. 🎶🏀

The energy, creativity, and growth we witnessed were truly inspiring. These young leaders embraced each pillar, setting goals and activating their journey toward balance and purpose.

Grateful to have shared the 4H vision with such an incredible community. From sunrise to sunset, the mindset continues 🙏✨

À travers la musique et le basketball, nous avons exploré ensemble ce que signifie Être Heureux, Être en Santé, Être Ambitieux, Être Humble. 🎶🏀

4H Mindset Workshop at Toronto French School @tfscampus

Had the amazing opportunity to lead a 4H Mindset workshop with 60 incredible students from grades 5 to 7 at TFS! Together, we explored what it means to Be Happy, Be Healthy, Be Hungry, and Be Humble.

Through fun and interactive activities, we set goals and identified areas of growth for each pillar. The energy, engagement, and creativity these students brought was inspiring!

It was such a joy to share our journeys and build toward balance—one H at a time 🔥

J’ai eu la chance d’animer un atelier 4H Mindset avec 60 élèves formidables de la 5e à la 7e année à TFS ! Ensemble, nous avons exploré ce que signifie Être Heureux, Être en Santé, Être Ambitieux et Être Humble.

À travers des activités ludiques et interactives, nous avons fixé des objectifs et réfléchi aux domaines à améliorer pour chaque pilier. Leur énergie, créativité et engagement étaient vraiment inspirants !
