Year one ✅

This year we launched 4H Mindset and brought it to life through workshops and basketball clinics. In every session, we focused on the importance of balance, building life around our four pillars: Be Happy, Be Healthy, Be Hungry, Be Humble.

Together, we reflected, set goals, identified areas to grow, and shared real conversations about mindset on and off the court. Grateful for everyone who trusted the vision and showed up ready to learn and grow.

This is only the beginning. More to build, more to share, and more impact to make.

4H MINDSET - "From sunrise to sunset."

In our workshop we focused on the 3 layers of health:
1. physical 2. mental 3. emotional.
Together they form the Pyramid of health.

Here’s where we dive into the emotional layer: learning to control your emotions without letting them take control of you!!!

Returning to Laurier University, not as a coach this time but to lead a 4H Mindset workshop with @wlu_mbball , the program that shaped so much of my own journey.

Together we explored what it means to Be Happy, Healthy, Hungry and Humble.
Pillars that reach far beyond the court. The team’s openness, reflection, and honesty made this experience truly powerful!!!

Seeing these young men commit to growth, balance, and purpose reminded me why 4H Mindset was created in the first place.

This summer in Rwanda 🇷🇼, we had the privilege of leading a full-day 4H Mindset Camp at Agahozo-Shalom Youth Village.

Through the power of music and basketball, we explored what it means to Be Happy, Be Healthy, Be Hungry, Be Humble. 🎶🏀

The energy, creativity, and growth we witnessed were truly inspiring. These young leaders embraced each pillar, setting goals and activating their journey toward balance and purpose.

Grateful to have shared the 4H vision with such an incredible community. From sunrise to sunset, the mindset continues 🙏✨

À travers la musique et le basketball, nous avons exploré ensemble ce que signifie Être Heureux, Être en Santé, Être Ambitieux, Être Humble. 🎶🏀

L’énergie, la créativité et les progrès de ces jeunes leaders étaient incroyables. Chacun a su fixer ses objectifs et activer son parcours vers l’équilibre et le sens.

Reconnaissant d’avoir pu partager la vision 4H avec une communauté aussi inspirante. Du lever au coucher du soleil, le mindset continue 🙏✨
